According to the National Fire Protection Association, U.S. fire departments respond to an average of approximately 8,800 fires involving grilling equipment each year, causing injury, deaths and property loss.

Go with gas. Where natural gas is available, gas grills are ideal for gourmet grilling. They burn clean and give you complete control of the flame.
